The hotel's location, only a few steps away from Azul Beach, offered breathtaking ocean views, perfect for relaxation. The reception was helpful in providing tips on exploring the area, adding a personalized touch to my trip.While some rooms feature a balcony with a city view, my air-conditioned room with free WiFi and a private bathroom exceeded my expectations. The serene ambiance of the outdoor swimming pool and garden provided a tranquil retreat. The kitchenette in selected rooms was a convenient addition for preparing light meals.Despite the minor hiccup with the high chlorine levels in the pool, causing discomfort to my daughter and other guests, the management promptly addressed the issue. I recommend a thorough check of the pool's chlorine levels for the safety of all guests.Hotel Caracoles proves to be a great value for families seeking a clean and family-friendly environment. The proximity to Las Hadas Golf Course and the Swordfish Monument offers additional entertainment options nearby.
